Camp Kalahari is located on the edge of the Makgadikgadi salt pans in the Botswana. Accommodation comprises of 10 luxury tents 7 twins, 2 doubles and 1 family tent. Each tent has a king Kalahari area of size bed, en suite outdoor bathroom and a flush toilet. Camp Kalahari is serviced by two airstrips – Gweta and Jacks Camp Airstrip. Camp Kalahari is opened all year round and is best for children over 8 years old. There is no electricity at Camp Kalahari, the camp uses paraffin lanterns at night.
Camp Kalahari is decorated with local crafts and furniture as well as campaign furniture. A swimming pool is situated on the environs of the camp.
